# RosterKind > Physician scheduling for private, part-time teams. Bring coverage, time off and fair workloads into one place. RosterKind is currently accepting waitlist signups. This is its marketing website, separate from the scheduling application. Joining the waitlist does not create a scheduling account or start a paid subscription. Pricing has not been announced. The rules-based solver compares hundreds of candidate schedules and presents a recommended schedule and an alternative for administrator review. The alternative relaxes one or two soft preferences; hard requirements, including rest limits, stay enforced in both options. Planning can cover monthly, six-month or annual periods. Configuration includes team size, locations, shift types, availability, quotas and location continuity. The site describes comparing workloads and time-off conflicts, rest-rule enforcement and night-shift limits, fairness over time, schedule repair after staffing changes, per-physician reporting, administrator publication and locking, physician mobile schedules, calendar sync and colleague shift swaps. The walkthroughs are illustrative: physician names, schedules and scores are fictional examples, not evidence of measured results. AI tools are experimental, with scope and availability subject to change: fairness and trend insights, an AutoFix agent that relaxes only soft preferences and reruns the solver, assignment explanations, and personalized schedule-distribution email drafts. They do not replace the core rules-based solver or administrator decisions. Staffing capacity, employment policies and final scheduling decisions remain with the practice. The practice configures its rest rules and retains the final decision on its schedule. ## Pages - [Home](https://rosterkind.com/): Product overview and waitlist. - [Features](https://rosterkind.com/#features): Scheduling and physician self-service walkthroughs. - [FAQ](https://rosterkind.com/#faq): Who it is for, fairness, time off, coverage, shift swaps and waitlist questions. - [FAQ in Markdown](https://rosterkind.com/faq.md): The same questions and answers in plain Markdown. ## Discovery - [Sitemap](https://rosterkind.com/sitemap.xml): Canonical public pages.
